Talk about your daily routine using the present simple, ask and answer questions about time, and use adverbs of frequency (always, usually, sometimes, never) to say how often you do things.
Listen and read:

A: Do you go to work by bus?
B: Yes, I sometimes take the bus. I start work at 9:00.
A: What time do you go to bed?
B: I usually go to bed at 11:00.
